The goal of this presentation is to explore data-driven decision possibilities available through the iAdvise system within the context of administrating the Burnham Hall Tutoring Center (BHTC), a tutoring resource housed within the Honors College. The iAdvise system provides a wealth of information for learning center administration, accentuating the kinds of appointments students seek, the times students most frequently visit, and the modalities students most prefer. Data derived from the BHTC also suggests an uncharted territory in maximizing the potential of iAdvise for units on campus: the referral system.
