SHARE WITH STUDENTS: UIC Student Survey about Experience during COVID-19 Crisis – encourage students to complete the survey via their personal link!
Bill Hayward, Associate Vice Provost and Director of Institutional Research, is hoping that you can assist in getting the word out to students about a confidential survey that was deployed last week. Each UIC student was sent an email on April 21st from the Provost asking for their participation with a personalized link. A reminder email will be sent on April 27th.
You can download a copy of the survey to see the questions being asked, following is the short survey communication for students and for more information:
We want to know how you are doing AND how we are doing for you. We have prepared a short survey that will help us evaluate and optimize plans for the future. Your input is critical in our continuous improvement efforts in this unprecedented time. The survey, which should take about ten minutes, is confidential. All results will be reported in the aggregate with no reporting of individual responses. The survey was sent via email to students on April 21. A reminder email is scheduled for April 27. The email includes a link to the survey that is unique to each student. Please look for the email and respond to the survey. Thank you.
