PACER Student Project

(Proactive Advising and Coaching for Engagement and Retention)

PACER Students are identified to ensure appropriate outreach, resourcing, and referrals are provided to promote collaborative student success initiatives.

Two Goals of the PACER Student Project:

  • 1: A Plan Ensure a student has a plan of action to achieve success at UIC.

  • 2: Connection Ensure a student has a personal connection with a UIC staff member.
