Getting Involved in the Community
Many studies suggest that helping others helps your own mental well-being. Helping can take many forms; including helping in your community, joining an organization on campus, or speaking out about the issues you care about. UIC's Campus has something for everyone. For more information contact Student Leadership and Civic Engagement office or the Center for Student Involvement.
