- Final exams can be a stressful time for many students.
- Focusing on developing a healthier routine - regularly eating, exercising, and cutting back on harmful habits - is important.
- It is not uncommon for anxiety and stress to interfere with your ability to concentrate, sleep or study.
- If you are dealing with test anxiety, try some simple tips to keep yourself calm, including guided imagery and deep breathing.
