Gilman International Scholarship Overview
The Gilman International Scholarship is a national scholarship for Pell-eligible students choosing to study abroad. Awards range from $1,000 to $8,000 dollars. While this is a competitive scholarship, UIC students consistently receive the scholarship each term. In this overview session, we will go over the application components in detail, share essay writing tips, and brainstorm ways to promote your diversity in your application.
