Getting Out the Vote!
- In 2014, less than 20% of students voted in the midterm season. Lower income individuals, younger people, and new citizens are less likely to vote, but democracy needs everyone's voice.
- Students who vote regularly are more likely to volunteer in their communities, contact their elected officials about things they care about, and be informed about local events.
- Voter Engagement at UIC is here to help you! Let's show the country that UIC students are #Allin4Democracy!
