PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: iAdvise News and Tips – Students can request assistance through iAdvise

The iAdvise Project Team has news and a tip for you:

Students can request your help in iAdvise using "I Need Help" Flags - While we realize that your Tracking Menus are getting Early Alerts flags, we want to  ensure you don't forget that students can request help through iAdvise and provide comments for context of what they need. The component is a Flag and all of those flags start with "I Need Help". If you want to filter for them to ensure you aren't missing ones for your students, you can select the range in a filter in your Tracking Menu. The iAdvise Team reviews the student created "I Need Help" Flags regularly to ensure that if there are technical issues for the students they are resolved so you don't need to worry about those!

BONUS TIP -- REMINDER - Updated iAdvise Dashboard Coming Soon! - Updates to your iAdvise Dashboard are coming during the week of February 8th. There will be no interruption in service for users so you need not do any updates. The features of this new dashboard can be seen for staff users primarily in the Profile Area. When the dashboard is updated, staff users will be notified and updated resources for navigating and entering information in the Profile area will be included on the website.
