Presentation Title:
Planning for Success? Proactive Advising Interventions
Topic Overview: We have reached a phase in the campus implementation of iAdvise where it can be leveraged as a tool for student success planning, taking into account proactive advising interventions and strategies that we currently use. Join us for a conversation about how we have piloted the use of success plans with our On Track predictive analytics model, including outcomes and opportunities to amplify strategic interventions using the components in iAdvise. Discuss with us how our advising community members and partners (the humans) can maximize the technology to better facilitate meaningful student experiences, retention, and graduation.
Presented by Joey Volpe, Associate Vice Provost for Advising Development, Nick Ardinger, Associate Director of the Office for Advising Development, Lindsey Back, Director of the Office for Research on Student Success, Darima Butitova, Assistant Director of the Office for Research on Student Success, and Jessie Wrona, Undergraduate Affairs Data Analyst
