PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: iAdvise News and Tips – New Release – Student Intake Form now available for use!

Intake Form is now available in iAdvise!
The iAdvise Intake Form is now available in iAdvise. Intake Forms are designed for students to be able to provide UIC advisors and coaches with pertinent information to have at hand in a range of areas that cover information often asked in initial advising and coaching appointments.
While the Intake Form is open for use with all current and incoming UIC students (except prospective students that are created directly in iAdvise), UIC's use of the Intake Form is currently centered within our incoming undergraduate student populations, and can be edited over time and the life cycle of a student.
Some quick tips and information about the Intake Form:
- Students can complete the Intake Form by going to their Hamburger Menu and clicking "Intake".
- There will be an additional menu in the Students Menu for users who have access to view and edit intake forms.
- Intake information is viewable in the student record in the Student Profile.
- If the student has completed an Intake Form, the answers are available.
- There will be an indicator if the student has not yet completed an intake form.
