PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: iAdvise Tip of the Week – You can customize where you start in iAdvise!

The iAdvise Project Team has this week's tip for you:

You can customize where you start in iAdvise - Visit your Institutional Profile and set your "Login Page"!
Given that we're in the thick of advising, you could start iAdvise on your calendar, or if you're working through Tracking Items, you could start there as well! iAdvise has the capability to let you set your default start page, and you can set it by following these directions:

  1. Log into iAdvise through my.UIC;
  2. Go to your Hamburger Menu;
  3. Click the down carrot next to your name;
  4. Click Institutional Profile;
  5. Go to the "Login Page" dropdown menu under your name and select where you would like to begin the next time you log into iAdvise;
  6. Click "Submit" and you will see a message telling you your changes were saved;
  7. You've now re-set your login page to the page selected in the dropdown!
