PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: iAdvise News and Tips – Don’t forget to check your Tracking Menu and updated “Resources” section of iAdvise website!
The iAdvise Project Team is pleased to provide news and this week's tip:
- Now that we've started the term, we're already seeing some flags for students who have not attended during the first week of classes! Don't forget to check your Tracking Menu daily to see if there are new tracking items for your students.
- The Resources section of the iAdvise website has been significantly updated and includes three pages:
- Training Documents and Helpful Quick Guides - training documents have been re-organized into modules and uploaded individually for quicker access by users. For each module, there is also a homework document to use for practice that includes common hints and tips.
- Videos - We organized the available videos in sections in their own page. Stay tuned to this page since we are planning to produce additional short videos on specific topics.
- Reports - For those units working day-to-day in the system, this is a reference library providing summary information the reports being delivered and the information contained in those reports.
- There's some updates to the homepage on the iAdvise website including a link to each week's news and tip post! Also, don't forget that we do iAdvise Open Hours EVERY WEEK and the hours are posted there - just come by and ask any question you want or give us a call! No previously scheduled time needed.
