YOUR RESPONSE NEEDED: Please help the IPAS Committee's development of a new online system to support advising and success of UIC students.

The IPAS committee invites you to participate in a survey that will help us develop a new online system to support advising and student success at UIC. We know this is a crazy time of year for you, but your feedback will be essential to help us design a system that will work for you and the students you serve.

The survey will be open until December 15, 2015. You can access the survey through the following link: https://uic.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_cupWmQ7QIuF0aqx

A little more background: Vice Provost Pollack has charged the Integrated Planning and Advising Services (IPAS) Committee with developing an implementation plan for a new IPAS system that will support the success of UIC students and improve communication and collaboration between advisors across the institution. EDUCAUSE defines IPAS systems as the "institutional capability to create shared ownership for educational progress by providing students, faculty, and staff with holistic information and services that contribute to the completion of a degree or other credential." We are seeking input from a variety of campus constituents about the types of data that would be most helpful to better support the students you serve.

If you have any questions or need additional information about the survey, please contact Peggie Garcia at pkleko1@uic.edu.
