Wellness Over Break
- Students may find that the holiday breaks are a stressful time. You might find yourself worried about finances, relationships, or missing people who have passed away.
- If you feel stressed, try some tips to help you feel more rested and connected, including making time for supportive family and friends, and volunteering in your community.
- Remember that the holidays don’t need to be perfect to be meaningful, restful, and fun.
