Please share this exciting opportunity that is happening this summer for undergraduate students who are interested in a career in pharmacy.
The University of Illinois Chicago College of Pharmacy in Rockford will be hosting our annual Summer Pharmacy Institute (SPI)! SPI allows students to explore different areas of the pharmacy profession through full day workshops devoted to current trends, research, and activities in each of the following focus areas: Hospital, Ambulatory Care, Industry/Research & Development, Community, and Professionalism in the Field.
To be considered, applicants should be at least one of the following:
- Current undergraduate student who has not yet been admitted to a PharmD program
- Student who may have already completed their undergraduate degree but is still not yet admitted to a PharmD program
- US citizen/permanent resident

Date: Session 1: June 6-9, 2022
Session 2: June 13-16, 2022
*students only need to attend one session
Location: UIC Health Science Campus

Cost: $125
Application Deadline: April 15, 2022 - space is limited and applying early is encouraged!
