    • Epidemiology – Discuss incidence and prevalence of health conditions amongst those infected by COVID-19 and other viruses
  • Lessons from COVID-19
    • What increased the risk of poor health outcomes
    • highlight the importance of unhealthy behaviors leading to these conditions
  • The benefits of moving more and exercising – immune function, cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory and muscle function
  • The benefits of good nutrition – immune function, cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory and muscle function
  • Guidance for increasing physically activity and healthier diet
  • Special considerations for adopting healthy living practices
  • Using technology to improve healthy living behaviors (apps, websites, fitness trackers, etc.)
