SHARE WITH STUDENTS: Undergraduate conference expenditures survey – please share!
Please share with students this informational survey to help the Office of Undergraduate Research assess UIC students' personal expenditures on conference travel. Students should only fill out this form if they presented at or will present at a conference between August 15 2017 and June 20 2018. They should answer all of the questions below to the best of their ability. Their name and contact information will be saved so they will be the first to receive information about opportunities to be reimbursed for past expenditures or to apply for funding for future expenditures, should they arise out of the Office of Undergraduate Research.
