We are excited to offer an opportunity to pre-health undergraduate students here at UIC. Please share the information below with any interested students.
Welcome back, students!
The University of Illinois at Chicago Health Professions Navigator Program is excited to offer the Health Professions Navigator Scholars Program (HPN Scholars). This program is a professional development program for undergraduate students enrolled at the University of Illinois at Chicago who are interested in pursuing careers in a health profession. As a participant, you will be provided with resources throughout the academic year to help you succeed during your undergraduate career.
-Learn about health disparities and careers in the health science professions
-Learn about research/practice opportunities projects
-Participate in workshops to prepare for the graduate/professional school admissions process
-Program will meet twice a month on Wednesday evenings
from 6:00pm-7:30pm
-Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible for a $500 stipend.
