PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT – ILACADA Professional Development Grant applications due this Friday August 7th!
The Illinois Academic Advising Association (ILACADA) is proud to support professional development activities on college campuses throughout the state through professional development grants. Grant applicants must be members of ILACADA and the application needs to include the promotion of ILACADA membership as a goal. Grant dollars cannot be used to support the grant applicant?s attendance at a conference or travel to a conference.
The application must include the following and will be submitted in a word document format including the contact information for the applicant:
-Brief description of the program including a statement how it relates to advising and how it will benefit participants.
-Resources that will be used.
-Person or persons taking responsibility for planning the event.
-Description of event
-Materials being used
-Timeline including date of the event or events.
-Budget and other sources of support
