PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Bystander Intervention Training on 1/28

On behalf of the Asian American Resource and Cultural Center (AARCC), please share the information on an upcoming Bystander Intervention Training. This is part of AARCC's effort to address the Anti-Asian hate that has been happening in the US and around the world. Bystander Intervention Training is training to learn how to react when you see or experience Anti-Asian hate.

This training is open to all UIC student staff and faculty.

In response to the sharp and sustained rise in anti-Asian harassment, Advancing Justice Chicago is partnering with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) Chicago and Hollaback! to offer local interactive  online bystander intervention trainings to help people identify hate incidents as they happen and take action safely and effectively.
