YOUR INPUT NEEDED – SSI: First-Year Academic Experience & Enrichment Campus Resources for First-Year Seminars

The Student Success Initiative’s First-Year Academic Experience & Enrichment Committee would like to request your assistance to develop a comprehensive list of resources and programs campus units may be able to offer first-year seminars at UIC. Please use the following link to complete a brief online survey on the utilization of your unit?s services in first-year seminar courses.

First-year seminars may already use your unit’s services, but there may be other programs and information that you would like first-year seminar instructors and coordinators to know about to foster student success at UIC. Please share any resources with the Committee. We will share results from this questionnaire to UIC first-year seminar coordinators and instructors and all campus units and programs who respond.

YOUR HELP NEEDED – SSI Credit Accumulation Project is hosting focus groups of advisors on July 10th and July 15th to talk about advisor/student conversations about finishing on time.
The SSI Credit Accumulation Project is interested to talk with you about executing a finishing on time campaign. Advisors are on the front lines having conversations with students and the project team would like your input.

To accommodate schedules, Dr. Corinne Kodama will be conducting focus groups on the following dates. If you can attend, please RSVP:
